Our children went through a rigorous selection process to become Science Ambassadors! Here is our new team for 2023-24!

On Friday 8th March Mrs Campbell and the science ambassadors went to St Peter’s RC Primary School in Middleton to take part in the Great Science Shout Out event. Along with children from other local primary schools we met the local MP for Middleton and Heywood Mr Chris Clarkson.

The children delivered letters to Mr Clarkson outlining their desire for science to be brought to the fore front of primary curriculum and he promised to take these back to parliament where he would discuss them with his colleagues.

The science ambassadors showed great maturity when talking to Mr Clarkson and came away with some great goodies to bring back to school!
